Workshop Information

Inner Landscapes will be held at the beautiful Gaia Centre for Natural Healing, nestled in the green heart of Constantia on the 12th April 2025.   The workshop is designed to allow our intuitive knowledge to reveal itself through creativity, specifically art expression. It doesn’t require any artistic skill or abilities - I want to show you how to play with the Body Map process, using simple art techniques and mixed media to create an immersive and inspiring experience that results in a powerful piece of art. Your creation will have a deeply personal meaning to you and you’ll be surprised at what you can create when you are allowed to play.  The workshop runs from 9 am - till 4pm and includes a delicious light lunch with vegetarian options and refreshments in the garden. There’s a choice of natural pools to plunge into afterwards and 6000 square meters of calming green garden space to meander through for some alone time. Space is limited to 15 people.
